As members of the funeral profession, we believe that integrity and compassion are the most important qualities we can share with the families we serve.  However, we are also operating as a business, and there must be a standard of ethical business practices to which we adhere.

As with any profession, there are those who do not always operate with the client’s best interest at heart.  Our pledge is to share information in a practical, easy-to-understand manner and to promptly address and satisfy any concerns our families may have.

When deciding on a service provider, some of the questions you may want to consider are as follows: 

·         How reputable is the business I am considering?  Do they have a history of exceptional service to the community? 

·         How does federal and state governmental regulation protect me when it comes to planning a funeral? 

·         How do I know that the prices for the services and merchandise I select are fair?  When comparing prices between two firms, am I comparing the same service and quality of merchandise?

·         How willing is the business to accommodate individual requests, no matter how unusual or non-traditional?
