She was born December 26, 1936 in Bristol, TN and was a daughter of the late Walter and Gertrude Maggie Sailor Nunn. She had worked as a Med Tech at Greendale Nursing Home for over 20 years. She was a member of Souls Harbor Church. Survivors are her husband, James F. Hearl; Daughters, Patsy Arnold and Connie Arnold; Step Daughter, Patty Cox; five Step Sons, Roger L. Hearl, Michael W. Hearl, James D. Hearl, David “Allen” Hearl and Randy Lyn Hearl; Several grandsons, nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 P.M. Saturday, December 26, 2009 in the Forest Hills Chapel of Farris Funeral Service, 19415 Lee Highway, Abingdon, VA with Pastor Dean Livingston officiating. The family will be receiving friends prior to the service, from 5:00 until 6:45 P.M. Saturday. A committal service will be held at 1:00 P.M. Sunday in the Forest Hills Chapel. Pallbearers will be Roger L. Hearl, David Allen Hearl, Randy Lyn Hearl, Brian Arnold, Jamie Arnold and John Arnold.
