She was born in Scott County, VA on November 5, 1918 to the late Harry L. and Janie Francisco Fuller. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her ex-husband, Herman Alley, one brother, John B. Fuller, and three sisters, Mrs. Roy (Viola) Smith, Mrs. William (Bessie) Carter, and Mrs. Bill (Lena) Kilgore. She is survived by nieces Pauline Coleman, Rita Carter and Linda Sue Parsons and nephews, Kyle Smith and Bruce Carter; and several great nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 8, 2010 at 1 pm at the Main Street Chapel of Farris Funeral Service with Rev. Gene Little officiating. The interment will follow at Holston View Cemetery in Weber City, VA. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12 pm until the time of the service.
