Beulah Jane Jordon Salyer, 75, passed away Wednesday, May 30, 2012 at Bristol Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Salyer was employed at Bristol Memorial Hospital for over 30 years and was preceded in death by her husband, John W. Salyer.
She is survived by two sons, John R. Salyer and James David "Red" Salyer both of Blountville, TN; four sisters, Velma Street and Myrtle Robinson of Lebanon, VA, Jeanette Scott of Richlands, VA and Mamie Salyer of Kingsport, TN; four grandchildren, John R. Salyer, Jr., Scotty James Salyer, Michael D. Salyer, David "Allen" Salyer; special grandchildren, McKenzie and Max; four great-grandchildren, Kelly, Mahala, Levi and Logan Salyer; and special friends, Debbie Salyer, Brenda Schlobhm and Donna Cunningham.
Funeral services will be held 7:00 P.M., Saturday, June 2, 2012, at the Forest Hills Chapel of Farris Funeral Service with Bro. Paul "Boots" White officiating. Interment will follow 11:00 A.M. Sunday at Forest Hills Memory Gardens with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
Visitation with the family will be 5:00-7:00 P.M. Saturday just prior to the service. Those who wish to express sympathy online may do so by visiting www.farrisfuneralservice.com and signing the online guest register.
