Billy Marion Chapman

Dateline: Bristol, VA- Billy Marion Chapman, age 70, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 14, 2015 at his home. He was born the late Russell Chapman and Virginia Grant Chapman on September 1, 1944. Billy worked as a technician for Sprint and retired after 41 years of service. He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Joyce Thomas Chapman; brother, Johnny Chapman and wife Shelva of Saltville, VA; sister, Carol Chapman McCray and husband Donald of Abingdon, VA; two special nieces, Jennifer Price and Beverly McCray Bordwine both of Abingdon, VA; and several additional nieces and nephews. According to his wishes Billy will be cremated. There will be no formal services but friends may visit at the home, 234 Georgia Street, Bristol, VA 24201, at any time.
