Clarence Elvert Harless, age 87, passed away on Monday, December 5, 2011 at Wellmont Hospice House in Bristol, TN.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lee and Gertrude Caudell Harless; one sister, Eileen Dove; and three brothers, Ira Harless, Warren Harless and Charlie Harless.
Survivors include his loving wife, Trula Bott Harless; one son, Glenn Harless and his wife, Linda of Nashville, TN; one daughter, Darlene Jones and her husband, Richard of Kingsport, TN; two sisters, Evangeline Singleton and her husband, Earl of Dublin, VA and Mary Harless of Abingdon; one grandson, Brad Tate and his wife, Amber of Bristol, TN; three great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
The graveside service was held at Forest Hills Memory Gardens.
The family would like to thank the nurses and staff on 2 East at Bristol Regional Medical Center, Dr. Ron Hunter, and Wellmont Hospice for the care that was provide to Mr. Harless.
