Clarence Junior Lampkins

Clarence Junior Lampkins, age 78, passed on Saturday, March 23, 2013 at Johnson City Medical Center. Clarence was born in Russell County, VA and was of the Baptist faith. He was employed by VDOT for 18 years and farmed most of his life. Mr. Lampkins is preceded in death by his parents, Gilmer and Eliza Booth Lampkins, as well as four brothers and one sister.

He leaves behind two sons, Jessie Lampkins of Bristol, VA and Gary Lampkins of Abingdon, VA; two daughters, Pamela Martin of Richmond, VA and Judy Rosenbaum of Abingdon , VA; four sisters, Betty J. Hartsock of Morristown, TN, Lena Ruth Dunn of Richmond, VA, Bonnie Tillman of Richmond, VA and Bernice Arnold of Lenoir, NC; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
