Debra Lynne Thompson

Debra Lynne Thompson, age 56, of Abingdon, Va., passed away on Tuesday, November 6, 2018, at her home.  She was born July 3, 1962, to Cannie Evertt Caudill and the late Wanda Kestner Caudill. 

In addition to her mother, Debra was also preceded in death by an infant son, Bradley Matthew Thompson; and her long-time companion, James Beeman.    

In addition to her father, Debra is also survived by her son, Chad Thompson, of Glade Spring, Va.; two sisters, Sharon Tenney and husband, Basil, of Abingdon, Va. and Carla Caudill, of Meadowview, Va.; three nephews; one niece; three great nephews; and one great niece.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 10, 2018, at 4:00 p.m. in the Main Street Chapel of Farris Funeral Service with Pastor Leonard Tenney officiating.  Visitation will be held on Saturday from 2:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. at the funeral home prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to defer the cost of final expenses.
