Diane Isaacs Pendergrass, age 65, passed away on Tuesday, May 22, 2012 at Bristol Regional Medical Center. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Donelly Ray Isaacs and Dorothy Isaacs Snead; and her brother, Charles Snead.
She is survived by her husband of 48 years, William Doug Pendergrass; sons, Thomas Pendergrass and wife Deborah, and David Pendergrass; step-father, Louis Snead; brothers, James Snead, Donald Ray Snead, Glen Snead, and Abe Snead; sisters, Brenda McCracken and Linda Olinger; grandchildren, Paige Carter and Keesha Golz; great-grandchildren, Shawn Golz and Abagail Golz; and a dear friend and sister-in-law, Debbie Slagle.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, May 24, 2012 at the Forest Hills Chapel of Farris Funeral Service with Pastor Harry Booher and Pastor Leonard Tenney officiating. Interment will follow in Forest Hills Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at the Forest Hills Chapel of Farris Funeral Service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
