Wytheville, VA - Donald Kenneth Kenny Jackson, age 59, passed on Friday, March 4, 2016, in Carrington Place in Wytheville, VA. Kenny was raised and spent most of his life in Honaker, VA and also lived in Lebanon and Abingdon before moving to Wytheville. He was a dedicated son who took great care of his parents until their passing. Kenny enjoyed trading coins and jewelry, talking about politics, and taking and collecting pictures. He is preceded in death by his parents, Donald Edward Jackson and Georgia Ruth Compton Jackson.
He is survived by many cousins and friends. Graveside services will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Monday, March 7, 2016, in Knollkreg Memorial Park with Pastor Willis Osborne officiating. There will be no visitation prior to the service.
