Donald M. Mills

Donald M. "Donnie" Mills, age 57, passed on Sunday, August 26, 2012 at Bristol Regional Medical Center. Donnie was born November 1, 1954 in Harlan, KY and grew up in Lebanon, VA. He was the owner/operator of Appalachian Belt Service, Inc. and was a dedicated bass fisherman. He is preceded in death by his parents, Woodrow and Mary Hill Mills, and brother, David Mills.



He is survived by his wife of 15 years, Kathy Castle Mills; two brothers, Ronald Mills and wife Carolyn of Spring City, TN and Tommy Mills of Lebanon, VA; two sisters, Donna Edmonds of Lebanon, VA and Joyce Skeen and husband George K. of Lebanon, VA; brother-in-law, David G. Castle and wife Amy of Smyrna, TN; several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles; special friends, L.D. Barton, Keith O'Quinn, and all of his bass fishing buddies; loyal companions, Grace and Zeb.



A memorial service will be held at 6:00 P.M. Friday, August 31, 2012 at Observation Knob Park in Bristol, TN.
