Erma Shrader Haynes

Hayter’s Gap, Va. – Erma Lee Shrader Haynes, age 84, passed on Saturday, May 12, 2018, in Grace Health Care Center.  Erma enjoyed crocheting, flowers, and cooking. 

She is preceded in death by her parents, Ernest Shrader and Hassie Counts Shrader Davenport; husband, Kelly Haynes; daughter, Donna Shrader; sister, Phyllis Browning; brother, Junior Shrader; and daughter-in-law, Cathy Shrader. She is survived by two sons, George Shrader and Scott Haynes, both of Hayter’s Gap, Va.; two daughters, Karen Haynes and Frankie Pack, both of Pasadena, Cal.; sister, Edith Reynolds of Staunton, Va.; five grandchildren; and two great grandchildren. 

Visitation with the family will be held 6-8 p.m. Monday, May 14, 2018, in the Main Street Chapel of Farris Funeral Service.  Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home with Rev. Roger O’Quinn officiating.  Interment will follow in Pine Ridge Cemetery in Saltville, Va. where family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
