Hugh Clark Smyth passed away Wednesday, November 11, 2009 at Fairfax Hospital after a heart attack.
Beloved husband of Pamela C. Mack, loving father of Steven H. Smyth, doting grandfather of Jacob, Mackenzie and Morgan Smyth.
Hugh was born in Marion, VA, on June 18, 1945 and had lived in Burke, VA for the last twenty-six years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Stella Smyth.
The family received friends at Adams-Green Funeral Home, 721 Eden Street, Herndon, VA on Sunday, November 15, 2009 with a service to follow the visitation.
Interment will be at the Holston Conference Cemetery, Emory, VA on Wednesday, November 18, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. with the Reverend David Jackson officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Meadowview Medical Clinic, 13168 Meadowview Square, P. O. Box 297, Meadowview, VA , 24361.
