Jacquelene Couch Jackie Counts, age 76, passed away on Wednesday January 20, 2016 in Bristol Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Counts lived most of her life in Russell County before moving to Bristol where she was a Pharmacy Tech at Walgreens and Food City in Bristol and managed the Grace House in Wise County for several years. She was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and a member of the International Association of Rebekah Assemblies. Jackie was preceded in death by her parents, Fred and Clarice Owens Couch; brother, Jim Wayne Couch; and sister, Kareen Elaine Couch.She is survived by her husband of 54 years, James Counts; son, Rusty Counts and wife Tamara of Huntsville, AL; two daughters, Carla Hill and husband Dan of Glencoe, AL and Jimmi Kay Cline and husband James of Blountville, TN; brother, Kenneth Couch of St. Paul, VA; two sisters, Virginia Baker of Damascus, VA and Janice Dillman of Staunton, VA; four grandchildren, Amy Snow of Unionville, VA, Ashley Counts of St. Paul, VA, Tyler Elmore of Bristol, VA, and Nathan Counts of Colorado Springs, CO; four great grandchildren, Mercede Meir, Hunter Meir, Noah Phillips, and Madison Counts; and several nieces and nephews.Visitation with the family will be held 2-3 p.m. Sunday, January 24, 2016, at the Main Street Chapel of Farris Funeral Service. Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. with Bro. Ron Dye officiating. Military Rites will be conducted by Highlands Veterans Honor Guard and the United States Marine Corps. A committal service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday in the Temple Hill Memorial Park Mausoleum in Castlewood, VA. Those wishing to attend the committal service are asked to convene at the cemetery by 11:00 a.m. Monday. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Dante First Assembly of God, P.O.
