James Douglas "Doug" Fuller, 72, of Abingdon , VA passed away on Saturday, December 3, 2011 at Ivy Hall Nursing Home in Elizabethton , TN with his family by his side.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Orville and Helen Jackson Fuller.
Survivors include daughters, Nerissa Brooks and husband, Eric and Nancy Marie "Robin" Dye and husband, Bill; son, Chad Fuller and fianc�©e, Courtney Cook; brothers, Carl "David" Fuller, Ronnie Fuller and wife, Pam, Mike Fuller and wife, Kerry and Jeff Fuller and fianc�©e, Amy Jackson; sisters, Marie "Ree" Lockhart and husband, C.O., Linda Lovins and husband, Steve, Jane Fleenor and Judy McKee; grandchildren, Ethan Brooks, Brennan Dye and Brandon Dye and wife, Violet; and several nieces and nephews and several great nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be conducted at 2:30 P.M. Wednesday, December 7, 2011 at Forest Hills Memory Gardens with Pastor Charles Brooks officiating. Interment will follow. Military honors will be conducted at the cemetery by Highlands Veterans Honor Guard and the Virginia National Guard Honor Guard.
The family will receive friends at Farris Funeral Service from 1:00 until 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, December 7, 2011.
