Joanne J. Osborne, age 78, of Abingdon, Va. passed away peacefully on Wednesday, January 17, 2018, at Holston Valley Medical Center. She attended Trinity Baptist Church and greatly loved her pastor and church family.
Joanne is survived by two daughters, Patty Carbary and husband, Darrius, of Damascus, Va. and Donna Osborne and special friend, Ellie Willard, of Richmond, Va.; her granddaughter who was the light of her life, Mary Beth Greer and husband, Andy, of Laurel Bloomery, Tenn.; two brothers, Jimmy Barr and wife, Meg, of Stafford, Va. and Billy Barr and wife, Janine, of Green Cove, Va.; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
