Kyle Edward Jessee, 71, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, May 23, 2019. He was born in Russell County, Va. but had spent most of his life in Washington County, Va. Kyle was a member of Bethel Baptist Church in Bristol, Va. He retired from Hughes Camper Sales after many years of service. Kyle always enjoyed the times that he spent fishing.
He was predeceased by his parents Dewey and Hersey Jessee; and brothers Bobby, Dewey, Jr., and Roy Jessee.
Kyle is survived by his wife Rebecca Jane Jessee; daughters Lisa Dotson and husband Junior, Shirley Dotson and husband Johnny, and Becky Dillard and husband Gary; brother Conrad Jessee; and sister Angela Widener; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM on Friday, May 24, 2019 at the Main Street Chapel of Farris Funeral Service.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, May 25, 2019 at the Bethel Baptist Church, 24004 Mock Knob Road, Bristol, VA with Pastor Bobby King officiating. Interment will follow in Knollkreg Memorial Park where daughters and sons-in-law will serve as casket bearers. Honorary bearers will be Michael Dotson, Johnny Lee Dotson, and Joshua Jessee.
