Lottie Mae Robinson, age 81, passed away Wednesday, March 21, 2012 at Johnston Memorial Hospital.
She is survived by her daughter, Tonyia Carroll and son-in-law Garry, of Abingdon; two granddaughters, Beth Carroll Grose and husband Sam and Brittany Carroll and special friend Bennie Ward, all of Richmond, VA; great granddaughters, Caroline Grose and Anna Grose; sister, Clara Powers, of Crown Point, IN; and several special nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held at 8:00 PM, Friday, March 23, 2012, at First Christian Church, 185 Old Jonesboro Rd. Abingdon, VA 24210, with Rev. Tom Crise officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until the time of the service on Friday. A committal service will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, March 24, 2012, at Russell Memorial Cemetery in Lebanon, VA. Sidney Sutherland, Chad Sutherland, Steve Mercer, Adam Mercer, Jerry Fields, and Marcus Lowe will serve as pallbearers.
