Abingdon, VA – Mabel Belle Thomas Cannon, age 78, passed on Tuesday, October 25, 2016, at Johnston Memorial Hospital. Arrangements will be announced Friday.
Visitation with the family will be held 6-8 p.m. Friday, October 28, 2016 at the Main Street Chapel of Farris Funeral Service. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Saturday at Rosedale Baptist Church with Dr. Don Paxton and Rev. Carl Young officiating. Interment will follow in Forest Hills Memory Gardens with Johnny Caudill, Rick Thomas, Tommy Wilcox, David Millsap, Wayne Cannon, and Craig Cannon serving as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be the members of the Rosedale Baptist Church Adult Women’s Sunday School Class.
