Maddison Kelly Snead passed away Tuesday, November 15, 2011. She was a beautiful, two year-old little girl with blonde hair and blue eyes. She was spunky and full of life. Maddison never met a stranger and loved everyone. She will be greatly missed by everyone that knew her.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Wayne Widener and maternal great grandfather, Clifford Widener.
Survivors include her younger brother; maternal grandmother, Catherine Widener; paternal grandparents; maternal great grandparents, Frank and Nora Pulley of Baltimore, MD and Minnie Faye Widener of Chilhowie; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
The funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm, Saturday, November 19, 2011 at One-Way Ministries, 101 W. Laurel Ave, Damascus with Pastor Gary Ritchie officiating. The burial will follow at Mount Olivet Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jason Hancock, Tim Cassidy, Darrell Widener and Dakota Hubble. Honorary pallbearers will be Chance Moore, Cody Parris, Anthony Summitt and Fred Widener.
The family will receive friends from 7-9 pm, Friday, November 18, 2011 at Farris Funeral Service, 427 E. Main Street, Abingdon, VA.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Child Advocacy Center, PO Box 16231, Bristol, VA 24209.
