Mary Ann Ray Worley

Chilhowie, VA – Mary Ann Ray Worley, age 67, passed on Friday, February 13, 2015, at her home. Mary was an employee of American Furniture Company for 28 years and attended River Bend Church. She is preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Stella Mae Tuggle Ray; brother, Mack Ray; and sister, Shirley Worley. Mary is survived by her husband of 50 years, Calvin Worley; three sons, David Worley and wife Porisha of Chilhowie, VA, Richie Worley and wife Dollie of Glade Spring, VA, and Darrell Worley and wife Malinda of Chilhowie, VA; three brothers, Clyde Ray and wife Shirley of Saltville, VA, Richard Ray, Jr. and wife Jewell of Saltville, VA, and Robert Ray of Chilhowie, VA; two sisters, Linda Casey and husband Alvin and Audrie Casey and husband Bobby, both of Saltville, VA; and four grandchildren, David Worley, Ashley Townsend and husband Tanner, Hope Trivett and husband Skinner, and Sarah Bush. Visitation with the family will be held 6-8 p.m., Sunday, at the Main Street Chapel of Farris Funeral Service. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Monday, February 16, 2015, at Farris Funeral Service with Rev. Roger O’Quinn officiating. Interment will follow in Fall Hill Cemetery on North Fork River Road, Saltville, VA, with nephews serving as pallbearers.
