Mary Elizabeth Dickenson

Mary Elizabeth Dickenson, age 77, passed away Tuesday, September 17, 2019 at Valley Healthcare.

She was born April 6, 1942 in Bristol, TN to the late Earnest Martin Humphrey and the late Anna Jane Berry Humphrey. Mary attended Beulah Land Baptist Church and enjoyed fishing, playing horse shoes, word search puzzles, and collecting Indian dolls. She loved to spend time with her family and her dog, Dusty.

Mary is survived by her husband of fifty-five years, James Roscoe Dickenson; sons, James “Bo” Dickenson, Kenneth Dickenson, Bobby Dickenson and fiancé, Linda Farmer; daughters, Rose Moore and husband, Larry and Patricia Michaels and husband, Jeff; brother, Kenneth Earl Humphry and sister, Barbara Thomas. Four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren also survive.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, September 25, 2019 at 11 a.m.  at Forest Hills Memory Gardens with Pastor Tim Crusenberry officiating. All those wishing to attend are asked to meet at the cemetery by 10:50 am.
