Mrs. Mary Stark, 75, passed away Sunday, July 12, 2009 at her home.
She was born in Lavelle, Pennsylvania where she lived most of her life. She had been a resident of Abingdon for the past twelve years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Stark, her brothers, Eddie Klusman, Billy Klusman and Bernie Klusman, her sister, Teresa Morgan.
Mary was an employee of Faith In Action and was a member of the Christ the King Catholic Church. She was a very loving and special mother, grandmother and friend. She will be sadly missed and will be fondly remembered.
Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Joseph and Sharon Stark, Montgomery, Alabama, her daughter and son-in-law, Colleen and Tim Campbell, Meadowview, VA, her grandchildren, Josh Stark, Katelyn Stark and Joey Campbell, her sisters, Dot Morgan, Lavelle, PA, Jeannie and Eshie Revinskie, Mt. Carmel, PA, her brother, Bob Klusman, San Diego, CA, Sisters-in-law, Lillian Stark and Lorraine Yakaboski, several nieces and nephews and several very special friends at the Abingdon Green and Faith In Action.
The funeral service will be conducted Wednesday, July 15, 2009 at 4:30 p.m. in the Forest Hills Chapel of Farris Funeral Service, 19415 Lee Highway, Abingdon, VA (located on the grounds of Forest Hills Memory Gardens) with Father Paul Maier officiating.Interment will follow in Forest Hills Memory Gardens.
Pallbearers will be Jerry Stophel, Jerry Justice, Mark Trogden and Jeff Thomas.
