Michael Paul Dollar

Michael Paul Dollar, age 38, passed away on Monday, June 24, 2019 at Johnston Memorial Hospital. He was native of Washington County, VA, and worked with his father at Cliff’s Painting. Michael was a talented musician and used his gift to play at Highlands Chapel Church, where he was a member. He was also a member of the Black Wolf Harley- Davidson Family.
He was predeceased by his mother Connie Sue Dollar, his son Michael Paul Dollar, II, and his sister Libby Ann Snodgrass.
Survivors include his father Clifton “Cliff” Paul Dollar and wife Robin, and his twin sister Pamela Mae Malone.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM on Wednesday, June 26, 2019 at the Main Street Chapel of Farris Funeral Service. A service will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, June 27, 2019 at the funeral home with Rev. Cecil Reed officiating. Interment will follow in the Highlands Chapel Cemetery, located in the Spoon Gap Community. Casket bearers will be James Carmack, Billy Shaffer, Ron Shaffer, Jammie Shaffer, Shane Wright, and Danny Little. Honorary bearers will be Lenard Hagy, Justin Huffman and Luke Huffman.
