Nellie Eileen Wolfe Fields

Lebanon, VA- Nellie Eileen Wolfe Fields, age 79, passed away on Wednesday, September 10, 2014 at her home. She was born to the late Oca Wolfe and Madeline Spriggs Wolfe on May 4, 1935. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Allen Fields, Sr.; brother, Clyde Wolfe; sister, Geneda Reynolds; and great grandson who died in infancy, Braden Carter. Eileen is survived by three sons: Allen “Buddy” Fields, Jr. and wife Ruby Ann; Roger Fields and wife Dora; and Michael Fields and wife Kristy all of Lebanon, VA; three daughters: Joyce Caudell and husband Eddie of Sophia, NC; Carolyn Ruth Reed and husband David of Damascus, VA; and Cleo Ketron and husband Dallas of Lebanon, VA; brother, Ronnie Wolfe and wife Cathy of Abingdon, VA; sister, Brenda Mitchell and husband Sam of Saltville, VA; brother-in-law, Maynard Reynolds of Abingdon, VA; sister-in-law, Kay Wolfe of Lexington, NC; nine grandchildren, Terry Caudell, Kevin Caudell, Ashley Justus, Barbara Fields, Angelina Reed, Heather Johnson, Rebecca Fields, Cody Ketron, and Riley Fields; six great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday, September 11, 2014 at the Main Street Chapel of Farris Funeral Service. A funeral ceremony will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, September 12th at the funeral home with Pastor Anthony Miller officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Hills Memory Gardens where Kevin Caudell, Terry Caudell, Robert Hicks, Michael Justus, Dallas Ketron, and Cody Ketron will serve as pallbearers.
