Neoma Colleen Otey, age 78, passed away Friday, August 21, 2009 at her home.
She was preceded in death by her husband Richard Otey and her son Robert Allen Warren. Mrs. Otey was a member of the Holston Valley Baptist Church and enjoyed watching wrestling and working puzzles.
She is survived by two daughters, Peggy June Catron and husband Tony of Kingsport, TN, and Charlotte Ann Vinson and husband Rocky of Abingdon. Five grandchildren Alicia Catron, Laura Catron, Whitney Rasnake, Dustin Vinson, and Robert Allen Warren II.
Funeral services for Neoma Colleen Otey will be conducted Wednesday, August 26, 2009 at 11:00 am in the Farris Funeral Chapel, 427 East Main Street, Abingdon with Pastor Paul Ketron officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Hills Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6 â?? 8 pm Tuesday, August 25, 2009 at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Randy Tedder, Tim Tedder, Cameron Tedder, Dale Tedder, BJ Tedder, and Donald Viers.
