Ralph Wayne Offield, 53, of Meadowview, VA passed away on Monday, July 18, 2011 at his residence.
Ralph was the shipping and receiving manager of the Glade Spring Glove Factory. He had served in the United States Army. He is preceded in death by his father Ralph Ted Offield; his wife, Connie Offield; and a son, Lee Offield.
Ralph is survived by his two sons, Brandon Offield, and his special friend Heather Roark of Bristol, TN, and Randy Offieldand and his life companion Heather Olinger of Meadowview, VA; his mother, Bonnie Shupe Offield; four sisters, Donna Adams and her husband Ned of Bristol, TN, Peggy Merris of Meadowview, VA, Kathy Offield of Glade Spring, VA, and Cindy Henn and her husband Chris of Wake Forest, NC; numerous nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Gene Cruey of Meadowview, VA.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 23, 2011 at 3:00 P.M. at the Main Street Chapel of Farris Funeral Service with Pastor Tim Norris officiating. The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 23, 2011 from 2:00 to 3:00 P.M. at the funeral home prior to the service.
