Randy Wade Reynolds

Randy Wade Reynolds, age 63, of Abingdon, Va., passed away on Saturday, December 29, 2018, at Johnston Memorial Hospital.  He was born November 5, 1955, to the late Kenneth Reynolds and Sally Delp Reynolds. Randy attended Mountain View Baptist Church. He was an avid farmer that loved his cows and dogs.  

He is survived by two daughters, Linda (James Day) Jessee of Abingdon and Miranda (Jay) Williams of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; three sisters: Cathie (Paul) Segar of Tucson, Ariz.; Donia Reynolds of Abingdon; and Elaine (Lester) Rasnake of Abingdon; five grandchildren; one great grandchild; and special mate, Janie Bowman of twenty- three years, and her daughter, Jewel Roark (Joe) and Jewel’s three children and one grandchild.  

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 3, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. at the Main Street Chapel of Farris Funeral Service with John Yates officiating.  Visitation will be held on Thursday from 5:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. at the funeral home prior to the service.  A private committal service will be conducted by the family following cremation.
