Rebecca Lynn Felty, age 58, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, May 18, 2017, at her home. She was born January 6, 1959, in Smyth County, Va. to the late William Oscar Blackwell and Hilda Cassell Blackwell.
Rebecca is survived by her husband of 30 years, Ronnie Lee Felty; son, Joshua Blaylock and Brittney of Bristol, Va.; brother, Joe Blackwell and wife Brenda of Abingdon,Va.; and two sisters, Lisa Holt and husband Billy of Bristol, Va. and Patricia Musick and husband David of Saltville, Va.
A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, May 21, 2017, at Forest Hills Memory Gardens with Major Art Fultz officiating.
