Robbie Allen Johnson, 31, of Hayters' Gap Community, died Wednesday, March 16, 2011 at Johnston Memorial Hospital of Abingdon, VA. He departed the challenges of this life and entered into his heavenly home.

He was born June 30, 1979 to Bobby and Nancy Loudell Johnson who have provided endless love and care throughout his entire life. He attended Wesley Chapel Church.

He is preceded in death by his sister Sherry Johnson; maternal grandparents Raymond and Edna Olinger and paternal grandparents, Ted and Ruby Johnson.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brothers and sisters-in-law, Rick and Valarie Johnson of Abingdon, VA, Ted and Kim Johnson of Meadowview, VA, and Tim and Michelle Johnson of Glade Spring, VA; five nephews, Jason and Nathan Johnson of Meadowview, VA, Justin Johnson of Harrisonburg, VA, Jarrod and Brandon Johnson of Glade Spring, VA; two nieces, Crystal Johnson of Glade Spring, VA, and Erica Johnson of Abingdon, VA. He is also survived by an uncle and aunt L.T. Olinger and Sue of Saltville, VA, aunt Burnell Hunt of Saltville, VA; and Lovena Rosebalm of the Hayters Gap Community; along with several cousins.

A funeral service will be held Saturday, March 19, 2011, at 12:00 PM at the Forest Hills Chapel of Farris Funeral Service, 19415 Lee Highway, Abingdon, VA 24210 with Pastor Donald Denton and Pastor Clifton Duncan officiating with burial to follow the service at Knollkreg Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Jason Johnson, Nathan Johnson, Jarrod Johnson, Justin Johnson, Brandon Johnson and L.T. Olinger; honorary pallbearers will be Men of the Wesley Chapel Church and Shawn Smith. The family will receive friends on Friday, March 18, 2011 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the Forest Hills Chapel of Farris Funeral Service, 19415 Lee Highway, Abingdon, VA 24210 (276) 623-2700.
