Robert Ray, 73, passed away Sunday, March 13, 2011 in Valley Health Care.
He was born April 7, 1937 in Tazewell County, VA and was a son of the late Lon Guy and Tishia Lou Whited Ray.
He is survived by three brothers, Clyde Ray and wife, Mary of Glade Spring, Henry Ray and wife, Nora of Glade Spring, and John Ray of Spotswood, VA; sisters, Bessie Hess and husband, John of Glade Spring and Patsy Ray of Lebanon, VA and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be conducted at 4:00 P.M. Wednesday, March 16, 2011 at Old Glade Presbyterian Church Cemetery in Glade Spring. Interment will follow. Those wishing to attend are asked to assemble at the cemetery by 3:45 P.M.
