Rochell Denise Foster, age 43, passed away on Thursday, July 5, 2012. She was born to Solomon Clarence Foster and Ada Lucille Simpson Foster on November 8, 1968 in Bristol, TN.
She was a graduate of Virginia High School Class of 1986 and was a faithful member of Kingdom Life Ministries in Bristol, TN.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents, William and Delores Simpson; and uncle, Charles Henry Simpson.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by three daughters, Angelica Miller, Ro'dah Brown, and Judah Kiester of the home; one son, Emmanuel Kiester of the home; brother, Kevin Foster and wife Noel of Maryland; two uncles, William "Willie" A. Simpson and wife Michelle of Bristol, TN and Timothy W. Simpson and wife Debra of Glade Spring, VA; one aunt, Vivian Simpson of Raleigh, NC; one great aunt, Mary Brown of Johnson City, TN; one nephew, Marvin Foster; and three cousins, Gwen Simpson, Naomi Simpson, and Carl Simpson.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
