Ruby Helen Jackson Gill

Abingdon, VA – Ruby Helen Jackson Gill, age 88, passed on Sunday, January 22, 2017, at her home. Ruby was a lifelong resident of Washington County and a former employee at Monroe Calculators. She is preceded in death by her parents, Alfred and Mary Boyd Jackson; and sister, Evelyn “Tina” Blackwell.
She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Bobby Gill; brothers, Bobby Jackson and wife Joann of Bristol, VA, and Sam Jackson of Dublin, VA; sister-in-law, Nellie Baumgardner; and several nieces and nephews.
A private graveside service will be held in Forest Hills Memory Gardens.
