Theresa Lynn Warner Wells, 54, was called home to be with her heavenly father on June 28, 2012. Theresa was born in Akron, OH and reared in Talmadge and Marysville, OH as well as Waukegan, IL.
Theresa eventually settled in Ohio where she graduated in 1986 from the Hi-Point Career Center Nursing Program in Bellefontaine, OH. Upon graduation, she began her nursing career at Heartland Nursing Home in Lakeview, OH. During this time she married Dennis Wells. In 1991, their family moved to Abingdon, VA where Theresa continued her nursing career at the Bristol House. She also provided nursing home care for several years in private homes.
She is survived by her parents, Ray and JoAnn Warner of Abingdon, VA; two sons, Brandon Wells of Bristol, VA and Joseph Allen Addison (Hannah) Wells of Abingdon, VA; two sisters, Bonita Ann Warner of Hopkins, MN and Peggy (Richard) Olson of Kenton, OH; brother, Stan Warner of Gainsvile, MO; two grandchildren, Gage and Olivia Wells.
A memorial service will be held at 6:00 P.M. Tuesday, July 3, 2012, at the Main Street Chapel of Farris Funeral Service with Minister James Patterson officiating.
Visitation with the family will be held from 4:00 P.M. 6:00 P.M. just prior to the service. Those wishing to express sympathy online may do so by visiting www.farrisfuneralservice.com and signing the online guest register.
