Tracy Crystal Brockwell, age 47, passed away on Wednesday, January 18, 2017.
Tracy was preceded in death by her father, Danny Adkins.
She is survived by her mother, Debra Matney; two children, Allen Clevinger and wife, Danielle and Zachary Clevinger; grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Andrew, and Sarah Beth; brother, Todd Adkins and wife, Dawn; sister, Misty Caudill and husband, Willie; nieces and nephews, Krista, Wesley, Courtney, and Cali.
Tracy was a loving daughter, mother, and grandmother, she was a very outgoing and passionate person. She loved Bible study, scrap booking, and gardening. Tracy was a retired OB nurse and always was a compassionate caregiver to everyone she knew.
The funeral service will be conducted at 6 p.m. on Sunday, January 22, 2017 in the Main Street Chapel of Farris Funeral Service with Rev. Barbara Farmer officiating.
