William Thomas "Toby" Herring, 55, a native of Buchanan County, VA passed away Wednesday, March 24 2010.
He was born April 21, 1954 and was a son of Betty Jean Herring and the late Claude Herring. He has spent the last 30 years of his life in Washington County, VA.
Survivors, in addition to his mother, are a brother, Stephen Herring and wife, Dianna of Brunswick, GA; special friend, Linda Gallup and nephew, Adam Herring.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 A.M. Monday, March 29, 2010 at Greenhills Memory Gardens in Claypool Hill, VA. Those wishing to go in procession to the cemetery may meet at Farris Funeral Service by 9:00 A.M. Monday.
The family will receive friends at Farris Funeral Service from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. Sunday evening.
