Albert Emmanuel Tignor

Albert Emmanuel Tignor, age 55, of Abingdon, Va., passed away on Wednesday, November 6, 2019, at his residence. He was born to the late Cummings Tignor and Nova Casey Tignor on October 4, 1964. He enjoyed working on cars and lawn mowers as well as cutting wood, hunting, and fishing in his spare time.
In addition to his parents, Albert was also preceded in death by two brothers, Robert Tignor and Lee Roy Tignor; and two grandsons, Waylon Tignor and Albert Tignor III.
Albert is survived by his wife, Martha Harrison Tignor; son, Albert Tignor II; and sister, Mary Jane Chapman.
A memorial service will be conducted by the family on Wednesday, November 13, 2019, at 2:30 p.m. at Tignor Family Cemetery with Rev. Hassel Justus and Pastor Clark Powers officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to defer the cost of final expenses.
