Andrew Dale Payne

Bristol, VA – Andrew Dale Payne, age 43, passed on Monday, May 29, 2023, in Bristol Regional Medical Center.  Andy was a graduate of John Battle High School and a beloved employee of the Bristol, TN Moe’s.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Teresa Felty Payne; his grandparents; and cousin, Paul Felty.

Andy is survived by his wife, Heather Cassidy Payne; children, Kayla Sheffield, James Ferber, Jasmine Sheffield, Emily Sheffield, Kaylee Payne, and Icelyn Payne; father, Jimmy Dale Payne; brother, Marlow Payne; sister, Amanda Payne; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
