Abingdon, VA – Anna Maureen Cook, age 73, passed on Tuesday, November 17, 2020. Anna was preceded in death by her parents, George and Louise Farina Proffitt; brothers, Bobby Glander and Charles Proffitt; and sister, Nancy Glander.
She is survived by her husband, David Cook; daughters, Cherubina Adams, Joanna Cowan, and Nancy Proffitt; sons, Charles Whitney and James Rodriguez; sisters, Marie Glander and Cherubina Martinez; four grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
At Mrs. Cook’s wish, a private memorial service will be held at a later date.
