Billy Glynn Leonard, Jr.

Billy Glynn Leonard, Jr., age 54, of Abingdon, Va., passed away on August 16, 2021, at Bristol Regional Medical Center. He was a lifelong best friend and companion to his brother, Jason. Billy was an avid fisherman and outdoorsman who loved swimming and camping. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Billy Glynn Leonard, Sr. and his mother, Mary Virginia Leonard; his brother, Michel Leonard; his sister, Rita Bowman; two uncles, Charlies Leonard and James Leonard; and one aunt, Garnett Leonard. Billy is survived by his brother, Jason Leonard; three nieces; one nephew; and numerous friends.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 20, 2021, at 1:00 P.M. in Forest Hills Memory Gardens. A visitation will be held on Thursday, August 19, 2021 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the Main Street Chapel of Farris Funeral Service.
