Charlotte Ann Cook Mackey, age 58, passed away on Saturday, January 23, 2021 at her home. She was a former paramedic with the Bristol Life Saving Crew, and was a former registered nurse.
She was predeceased loving mother Betty Lou Edwards Cook; uncle Perry Cook; aunt Lois Edwards.
Those left to cherish her memories are her father James (Jim) H. Cook of Oakwood, Va.; sister Jenny Lowe and husband Ernest of Short Gap, Va.; son Jason Cook and Sarah Meade of Abingdon; daughter Tara Cook Mitchell of Lebanon, Va.; son Logan Mackey of Tazewell, Va.; grandchildren Lesly Roope of Abingdon, Carter Hess of Lebanon and Knox Mitchell of Lebanon; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
