Christopher Lee Stone

Christopher Lee Stone, age 49, passed away on Tuesday, March 19, 2024, in Bluff City, TN. He was born in Bristol, TN to Curtis Eugene Stone and Patricia Darlene Bailey Stone Nelson on July 12, 1974.Christopher enjoyed listening to country and gospel music, bowling, fishing and almost any other activities that were outdoors and gave him the ability to love nature. But above all he loved God, to whom he prayed daily, and spending time with family and friends. 

He is preceded in death by his father Curtis Eugene Stone; maternal grandparents James and Edith Bailey and paternal grandparents Edward and Rita Stone.

Survivors include his mother Patricia Stone Nelson; one brother Jason Stone and wife Jennifer Stone and four nephews Matthew, Shawn, Patrick “P.J.”, and Issac Stone and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Graveside services will be held on Sunday, March 24, 2024, at 2:00 PM in the Forest Hills Memory Gardens Cemetery, 19415 Lee Highway, Abingdon, VA 24210 with Pastor David Robins officiating.

Pallbearers will be Jason Stone, Matthew Stone, Wes Spurgeon, Wade Spurgeon and Rodney Daugherty.
