Cristen Faith Chafin, age 24, of Castlewood VA passed away on March 30th 2022 at Bristol Regional Medical Center.
Cristen was born on June 18th, 1997 to Scott Chafin and Jessica Hardin (Stapleton).
In addition to her parents, Cristen is survived by her son Max; a twin sister Chandra; four siblings Chandra, Cole, Chase, and Nicholas Chafin; three step siblings, Laklynn, Ethan & Aubrie Hardin; two step brothers, Joseph and Ben Skeen; step-mother Desiree Chafin; step father Matt Hardin
Her family is shocked and deeply saddened by her loss. Our hearts and souls are heavy with her absence. Anyone who knew Cristen knew that she was a special soul. She was an immensely kind and soft-hearted individual who did her best to help others throughout her life. She was a loving mother to her son Max. Her family and many friends will miss her more than words can say.
There will be a private memorial service for family members.
