Frances "Franny" Miller, age 78, passed away on Sunday, July 9, 2022, in Marion, Va.
Franny was a "handful" to those who knew her. There was never a dull moment with her. She was loved and will be missed by those who cared for her.
She is survived by her loving caregivers at Southwest Virginia Mental Hospital in Marion.
A graveside funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 14, 2022, at 4:00 p.m. in Mountain View United Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. Roger Hearl officiating.
