Frank James McElraft, age 69, passed away on Tuesday, April 21, 2020 at HealthSouth in Bristol, Va. Frank was a life-long resident of Washington County, Va. and was a member of Friendship Baptist Church. He retired from the W&L Construction Quarry after 32 years of service. Frank loved to fish and just ride about. He will be remembered as simply a jolly person.
He was predeceased by his parents Joe and Irene Ray McElraft; and his favorite uncle Clyde Ray.
Frank is survived by his long-time companion Helen Goodman; sons Leonard McElraft and Christopher Goodman; daughters Kim Woodard and Lori Settles; brothers Howard, Bill and Donnie McElraft; grandchildren David McElraft, Dominick Romans, Kelley Settles, Holley Goodman, Jayden Goodman and Willow Goodman; special cousin Melinda Doss and her children Hannah and Blake. He is also survived by his special furry friend Tiny.
Services will be private.
