George Fredrick Cuneo

George Fredrick Cuneo, 82, of Meadowview Virginia, passed away on June 15, 2026.He was born on June 5, 1944 in Weedville, Pennsylvania to Rubin and Matilda (Tilly) Cuneo. George served as an Aviation Mechanic in The United States Navy on the USS Randolph. Over his life, he dabbled in many different trades, mastering each thing he put his hands to. He had the ability to wire up entire homes(with no formal training) to code, walk through a department store, look at any item and within a few days have it made up and built better, among many other talents.

A father and a husband that always put family first. No matter the obligation, no matter the distance, nothing was more important to him then taking care of and being there for his family. Anyone who knew him, even for a brief moment, would tell you how kind and loving he was. From putting people in need up at hotels to, literally, giving the shirt off of his own back, there was nothing George wouldn’t do for someone. Lead by his faith and the huge heart God gave him, George was one of a kind. He loved camping, nature, teaching the word of God and being around his brothers and sisters in Christ.

He is survived by his wife, Robin A. Cuneo, and son, Andrew S. Cuneo.
