Abingdon, VA – Glenn Edward Kennedy, age 60, passed on Thursday, September 30, 2021, in Johnston Memorial Hospital. Glenn was preceded in death by his parents, Kyle Smith Kennedy, Sr. and Bessie Cleo Childress Kennedy, and sister, Linda Jean Parsons.
He is survived by four siblings, Kyle Smith Kennedy, Jr. of Abingdon, VA, Lonnie Kennedy of Abingdon, VA, Darlene Montgomery of Bristol, TN, and Mary Roark of Abingdon, VA: and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, October 4, 2021, in the Main Street Chapel of Farris Funeral Service with Rev. Barbara Farmer officiating.
