Harvey Cebern Vestal

Bristol, TN – Harvey Cebern Vestal, age 66 and resident of the Sweet Hollow community, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, July 28, 2025. Harvey was born in Bristol, TN to the late Ike Vestal and Carolyn Doss Barnard. He was known for working as a roofer and collecting his scrap metal. Harvey would gladly help anyone out and will be greatly missed by his family, friends, and community.

He is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Kathy Frye Vestal; mother-in-law, Judy Frye; sister, Annette Persinger; brothers, Eddie Vestal; and several nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, and cousins.

Visitation with the family will be held 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Friday, August 1, 2025, in the Main Street Chapel of Farris Funeral Service. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday in Greenwood Cemetery with Pastor Junior Gobble officiating. Pallbearers will be Todd Blevins, Bob Boone, David Rose, Butch Vestal, Stanley Frye, and Jack Thomas. Brady Vestal and Landon Watson will serve as honorary pallbearers.
