Margaret Duff Alexander, born July 12, 1915, died December 23, 2010.
Surviving are her three sons and their families: David M. Alexander and Dorothy Alexander and their sons Brian and Jason Alexander; Robert D. Alexander and wife Shiiko; Joseph F. Alexander and wife Pamela Alexander and their children Skye and husband Seth Pickholtz, Nova and husband Will Collins, and Hope Alexander and Dallas Hawkins; and great-granddaughters Ariel and Alexis Pickholtz.
Those who have gone before include her husband, Lawrence M. Alexander; parents, Robert F. and Virginia D. Duff; and brothers David D. Duff, Sr., Robert F. Duff, Jr., and Allen J. Duff, Sr.
A memorial service will be held for Margaret Duff Alexander on Saturday, May 14, 2011, at 3:00 PM at Windy Hill Farm, Abingdon, VA. Her ashes will be scattered on her ancestral farm after a service led by Bonnie Jessee. Family and friends are invited.
