Pamela Mullins

December 8, 1961 — February 20, 2026

Abingdon, VA

Pamela Louise Mullins, 64, of Abingdon, entered into the presence of her Savior on Friday afternoon, February 20, at Hospice House of Bristol, surrounded by the deep love of her family.

After a courageous battle with cancer, Pam finished her race the way she lived her life — with strength, grace, dignity, and unwavering faith. She truly fought the good fight, and her testimony never wavered, even in the hardest moments.

A faithful member of West Main Freewill Baptist Church, Pam’s life was a living reflection of God’s goodness. She loved her Lord and Savior with her whole heart and walked out her faith daily — not just in words, but in action. Through kindness, encouragement, compassion, and quiet strength, she pointed others toward Christ.

For 44 years, Pam faithfully served as a Senior Premier Banker at Wells Fargo in Abingdon. She was more than a trusted professional; she was a steady presence, a friend, and a blessing to countless clients, coworkers, and members of the Southwest Virginia community. Her integrity, warmth, and commitment left a lasting impact that will not be forgotten.

Pam was preceded in death by her parents, Ruth and Charles Compton, and her brother, Gary Compton — and we rejoice knowing there was a beautiful reunion in Heaven.

Left to carry forward her legacy of love are her devoted husband, Terry Mullins; her daughter, Brianna Stump and husband Todd; and Mimi’s treasured grandchildren, Willow Grace and Liam — the absolute joy and light of her life. She is also lovingly remembered by her brothers Chuck (Margie), Dean (Deborah), Barry (Pam), and Rick (Paula); her mother- and father-in-law Paul and Billie Mullins; her sister-in-law Sherri Wolfe (Jerry); and many beloved nieces, nephews, friends, and colleagues.

Pam loved fiercely. She celebrated life fully. She enjoyed fashion, traveling, and sharing laughter with those around her. Her smile could light up any room, and her presence made people feel seen, valued, and loved. To know her was truly to love her.

Though our hearts grieve, we stand confident in the hope she held so tightly — that she is whole, healed, and forever home with Jesus.

The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the compassionate staff at Hospice House of Bristol; the dedicated team at Duke University; the exceptional radiology department at Holston Valley; the entire team at Ballad Health Kingsport Hematology and Oncology; and Dr. William McCormick for the extraordinary care, expertise, and kindness shown to Pam and her family throughout her journey.
